i was exhaused… [ Rnd and more ]

working from two weeks
There was RnD. Our demo on GPGPU, featuring live/realtime fft and edge detection using GPU. Had fun but it was tiresome. And there were 4 sleepless nights before the RnD to make everything work.
This time there was lots of crowd, but i guess only one person was able to completely understand me, Cyrax our super^4 senior (98 batch, wearing FX Labs tshirt). Others were more interested in “What language did u use?”. But what worries me most that industry people were much less as compared to last years. I heard that we stopped invitations to them as already so many colleges had confirmed their visit. Whatever but the purpose of Rnd is to show the industry the kind of research we are doing. And its different from ExOR. Then why didnt more industry people visit us ?

My question is ‘Are we happy with the kind of research we are doing?”. discussed in next post.

And then busy with entrepreneurship stuff. Working a lot. Like meetings, reading lots of things on net etc.

Then TAship work, course work and project.

I was exhaused like anything. I wanted to take rest after Rnd, but couldn’t. And I really started feeling that i need a break. So yesterday I slept at 11 and woke up at 11am today. Complete 12hrs of vaccation. Now I’m feeling great again. Had a pizza party today, partially finenced by Jayaram for his bro’s adminssion in some top B school of world.

Love life is also going great. She has got the cell so giving blank call all day. And most of the time blaming me for ignoring her calls. What can i do. I can’t keep talking all day.
