Here is my two cents.

Infatuation for a thing happens because of a certain context( surrounding conditions/climate etc ) and is transient/temporary.

Love for a thing on the other hand does not have any context Love for that thing is for just sake of its existence & is unlike infatuation it is not temporary.

Time is litmus test which distinguishes the blue [infatuation] or the red ( love ).

No, I guess. One is infatuated with someone or is in love with someone! Just being impressed by the stories of Romeo-n-Juliet is NOT infatuation.

Similar it should be when it comes to the entrepreneurship infatuation’. You are not even infatuated yet, I would say.
For that you need the “someone” or “something”. Just being impressed by the idea of dropping out or leaving a job is not infatuation. Rather, being so passionate working towards the something, that you end up dropping out or leaving a job IS infatuation. Or love… if you eventually succeed!
