My frusration on State Bank of Hyderabad
If that is how a bank works.. then my dream of looting one is soon going to come ture..
Last month (3rd Aug) I deposited a draft of 6K, and its not yet credited. And that is after i have complained about it 6 times.. including 2 visits to the bank at cyber towers.
They seems to have no idea what happened to my draft.. it was cashed from the bank.. and then what happened, they dont know… no vouchers.. no records..
I spent a lot of time during these two visits at their office.. and watched closely how they work… they have a very sophisticated computing system to do all their work, but it sucks too badly.. it looked like their work was doubled after shifting to computerised system.. half of the things fails.. and then keep shouting to eachother to check whats wrong with bla bla thing..
Their systems are windows98.. and i am sure.. they’re not patched upto date.. that mean hell lots of vunerabelities… one just need to get into their network and then everything is gone… that proves indians are nice.. thats why it is still safe. or maybe stupids.. to miss the oppertunity.
I want an ICICI account. SB doesnt even provide online transactions.
