Where do all pens go ?

How many times it has happened with me and all people around me and i could never figure out - where the hell do all pens go ? I tried all possible reasons.. like - the ghosts pick them up (do they need it), or there is some self destruction mechanism build in it (the virus funda), or the parallel world.. the smr in nth world picks it up and here i yell “abhi to yahin tha” all stupid though i couldnt fool myself much. and papa never understood the simple funda that “pens just go”, and said “aasman kha gaya ya dharti nigal gayi”, and blamed me for my carelessness. and i could never tell him how correct he was bout the ‘aasman - dharti’ thing, that might be another possible reason. I don’t remember myself finishing a ballpen. So where the hell does all pens go ?
Coz i am talking about pens, lets go back to have a look at my pen-ny life. I started my education at govt school at village where my first pen was ‘kalam’ (remeber the takthi?). the kalam was not the one made up of ‘baans’ but some artificial stuff of plastic and replaceable nib. so i have no experiance with classical kalam. But in couple of weeks a ‘english’ school was opened and i became the proud student to go to english medium school (Well i suck a lot at english. proudly though.). In the new school we soon shifted to fountain pen standards. i never liked the ink busines and very soon shifted to ball pen. i screwed up my writing but i was the fastest guy in writing speed around. and obviously only i could read it back. for this thing i would like to thank and appreciate jaan who read hunderds of my pages whithout ever complaining and without skipping.
I went to hostel (in 6th) where the ‘assman’ was wider and ‘zamin’ was deeper. I remember (in 9th i think) couple of times we bunked the morning prayer to steal pens from junior classes. there was so much dirth of pens and bucks.
I have a habit of always keeping my pen in my hand. It started in +1-+2 days when i use to hold 045 as a sutta in my hands. I also try pentrix but i suck at it.
Writing this post reminds me of what all pens did i use. I started using Reynolds 045 regularly after 7th or so. Coz it was smooth and i could afford to loose it. I shifted to Reynolds Jetter in 9th but soon realised that it was becoming hard to bear the loses and switched back. In 10 i used another pen (don’t remember the brand), which apperently stayed with me for longest period, and it was good. i tried to buy it again but didnt get it anywhere. Couple of times i also tried pilot pens. and before i could loose them i broke the nib and realised that pilots pens don’t go well with my writing style. I also tried fine tip ball pens, but i ended up only tearing pages or breaking nibs. Receltly i picked up Jaya’s pen which he says costed him a few thousands, coz thats the only thing he got so far from his insurance amount. Its an Add Carbon-X (propelling ball pen). Its smooth but need some push to start.
