And about keeping in touch… I think its alright.
I think friendship should be non-demanding. So whoever expects something from you (as in this case keeping in touch) for being his friend is being selfish….my be this is the reason I forget most of my friends Bthdays.

Just trust your friends and speak your heart out…..bloggin about it is an easy way out… but I think talking to someone should be a much better option.
