New Years Resolution

As i told earlier, this time i am gonna try the funda of resolution.
So my resolution is to “follow a timetable”.

So far i am doing fine. The timetable is not very strict. Its like when to be where. I mean division of lab time / cvit time / sleep etc.

Most important I am regular on my jogging/gim for last 2 days at 1830. I need it very badly. I am grouwn 75kgs and a TOND is growing out. I must stop it otherwise she gonna kick me. My biceps are paining a lot after lifting dumbles after a long long time. I cant keep them straight. Cant move beyond 150 degrees.

B/w my timetable is kinda wiered these days. My sleeping time is from 2300 to 0200 and that too is someone others room. Coz my room is not in a good condition, and I decided to keep it like that so that i cant sleep any othertime. There is a provision of 2 hrs sleep in morning after breakfast. Kinda wiered but i am liknig it.
