* We are working on 2 products.
* One will be released soon, in IIIT as a 0.1b version. Something web based.
* We are continuing our MS/jobs and parellely giving time to our company as well.
* Looking for (level 0) incubation at IIIT. But Prof Kamal doesn’t seems to be intrested. Isn’t giving us time for meetings. Not even replying to our mails.
* Name of the company is not yet decided. You can suggest a name for us. Accepted name gets 1% equity.

my 2 paise
i hope you 1% equity for name givers is in jest…try giving any reward for a contribution in cash. no equities. its very tempting to give that away as you are short of cash now; but do refrain from it if you are into serious product making.
and about the job/MS/enterpreneur efforts combo, are you sure your company will not come later and talk about the IP.

so think about some permutations like SASTA :), ASSTA, TASSA, etc. Noone sounds good to me
Yesh Kopos, I agree with you. But if sharing eqity helps us moving forward, i dont find it bad. We should not get struck somewhere just coz we dont have money.
and the IP problem, ya we have to work around for that. People joining jobs will not be “officially” members of company while they are in their job.
